Mentalism is a performance art built on psychology, suggestion, misdirection and intuition. Instead of props and illusions, the performer works with what the audience is thinking, producing effects like thought reading, impossible predictions and influenced choices. It reads as intimate and personal, which is why it lands so well with corporate rooms.
Two to three months is comfortable for most corporate dates. The September to December gala and holiday season fills earliest, so six months ahead is safer for December events. Last minute dates do open up, so it is always worth asking.
Yes. Edward performs fully in French, fully in English, or bilingually inside the same show, which is usually the right call for mixed Montreal corporate audiences.
Walk-around needs nothing at all, since it is entirely mobile. A stage show needs a performance area of roughly twelve feet by ten feet, a sound system with a wireless microphone, and basic lighting on the performer. For smaller rooms Edward can bring his own sound.
Yes. Participation is always voluntary, volunteers stay in control the whole time, and the material is written so every participant looks good in front of colleagues. Nothing embarrassing, nothing at anyone’s expense.
Walk-around works from about twenty guests upward and scales by adding performance hours. The stage show has played rooms from fifty people to over a thousand, and only needs sightlines and sound that reach everyone.
